Due to the personal nature, hygiene standards, and sensitivity of personal fragrances, attars, skin mists, and home diffusers, we do not offer returns or exchanges for opened or used items based on scent preference alone.
If your package arrives damaged in transit, leaking, broken, or if you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly issue a replacement. To be eligible:
Once verified, our team will dispatch a fresh replacement item to your address at no additional shipping cost. In cases where the item is out of stock, a direct refund or credit note will be issued.
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone immediately. Once the order has been handed over to our shipping partner, cancellation is no longer possible.
